I actually really like this. It's a very nice office tower that will add realism to some of my larger downtowns. (Not all skyscrapers are flashy!!) Excellent work!!

Maybe a bit more flora in the base. But other than that it is very realistic. It has an air of 80s London

To all those who think the lot/plaza is too large: Read the description! There is both a growable and a ploppable 4x3 version included. (Or was this info added after your comments?) Anyway, I like it a lot! Not too flashy, and realistic night lighting, too. I'm definitely going to use this.

There is both a 4x3 and a 7x7. I only made a 7x7 for those who like buildings that sit alone on a large plaza (like some European and Asian buildings)

Why is it taeking my like 4 hours to download!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????!!!!!!!!!!....its really pissing me off cuz its a really nice building but i think somthing is wrong with the web site or the file cuz i download all the other buildings in 2-3 seconds!

My downloads have been taking ages. It must be because simtropolis moved servers because before that my downloads would go at 90KB/s but now they go at 10KB/s at best. This is a really cool building. I like the simplistic look to it. 9/10

Great building. Shouldn't have been made of limestone though. Even normal rain, acid rain even more so, is naturally acidic enough to corrode limestone.
