The Jacinto Lofts are modern loft-style residences located in the inner city, allowing their residents to live out the modern lifestyle. This eliminates the need for long commute times, and allows for closer proximity to city amenities. Lofts like these are emerging in modern cities like Houston, Dallas, and Atlanta, where residents are tiring of long commutes and are returning to the citys' center.
This lot is provided as a growable medium-wealth residential lot. If you would like a ploppable version, feel free to make one yourself. During my tests it was not difficult to get this building family to grow (there are seven different styles included - you can easily remove any that you do not like by simply deleting their associated DAT files).
