The Harvard Condominiums are a newly-built residential community design, similar to the upscale condos frequently seen in the Houston area. Their Tudor-style architectural design leads to an upscale, somewhat cozy appearance that many Sims would be happy to call home.
This lot is provided as a growable medium-wealth residential lot. If you would like a ploppable version, feel free to make one yourself. During my tests it was not difficult to get this building family to grow (there are three different styles included).
