The Dobruk City Hall is the result of your excellent job as mayor of your city. The citizens are so happy with you and the contributions you have allowed the city to bring upon the whole region, they have offered to build you a brand-new city hall ... and best of all, they already gathered the money! So to you, it's completely free to build. Everybody in your city will like you just a bit more as a mayor if you allow them to build this structure.
THIS LOT IS A FUNCTIONAL REWARD LOT.
YOU MUST EARN IT.
Instructions for making this lot a 'regular' lot, with no requirements, are in the readme, beneath the lot details/statistics. PLEASE read those instructions if you would like a non-conditional reward version. Alternatively, simply press CTRL + X and type "you don't deserve it", sans quotes.
