If you are having major problems with boxes on your minor league stadium delete the Minor league stadium file. easy

Information:

After investigating, I've found the "brown box" is caused by a problem with the included DESC file. This also means one of the stadium sides is unavailable to use in the Lot Editor.

To fix this, I've created new versions of the DESC & LOT files.

Hope this helps anyone.
