Another example tutorial on creating your own prop family. I've used my R$$ RCI Blank lots to demonstrate how to create a lot that randomly selects a different buildings (props) between plops. Zone before plopping these R$$ RCI buildings.

Another great tutorial from the Master. I will definately be studying this lot, who knows maybe this OLD AND WEARY brain can actually absorb a bit more.

Glad everyone likes this :) mrbisonm, zone a strip of 1x10 dense res (dark green) before plopping one of these Res lots on top; it seems to prolong the life of the plopped res.

Excellent work! I would rate this but for some reason I can't find the rating menu....either I'm blind or my browser isn't performing correctly. Probably both.
