A community dedicated to SimCity 4 and all city-building games. (About Simtropolis)
This is a smaller library for your small towns or rural areas. I
created it when I found a need for a 1x2 library, and I thought I would
share it with all of you. It is basically the regular Local Branch
Library, modified to sit on a 1x2 lot with roughly two-thirds of the
capacity and a plop cost of $800. Let me know if you have any problems,
