Nexis is back with some farmbats and lots. To start with I offer you the Nexis Mega Dairy farm. A big and modern Dairy farm as we have them here in Quebec/Canada.
This is a stage II lot which needs at least 10x8 I zoning.There are two versions included, growable and ploppable park, download the .lot file that you like.
