Pretty good, but looked at at z5 it's obvious that a lot of the details (windows, downpipes etc) are on the texture rather than being modelled which leaves it looking a bit flat from some angles.

Was this converted from Trainz? Looks exactly like a trainz building by the same name. Looks good. Lot looks too big and it has wayyyyy too many jobs. Maybe 100 CS$$ tops.

http://www.tafweb-trainz.co.uk/barclays.html yep, this proves it, I sure hope you got his permission. Either way, it's a good idea as there are TONS of gmax buildings for trainz. The only problem is that trainz is real time 3d rather than rendered buildings, so its very low detail.

baro - that's an interesting site. Looks like gascooker is getting stuff from there too.

If you've got permission that's fine, but you should really say in your description "Based on a Trainz model originally by " - It would avoid people finding the site and calling you on it and also gives credit to the original model maker.

This is a beautiful building that I would love to use, but there is a major problem. Instead of just a $5000 plop cost, it also has a monthly expense of $5000. I suspect this was unintended. Could you fix this and make it less costly per month, and then re-post it? Thanks so much.
