Trapezium House is based on a building of the same name in Petersburg, Virginia, USA. 1x2 and 1x1 growable R§§ lots for the Chicago 1890 tileset. MaxisNite and DarkNite versions included. DarkNite requires the Day and Nite Modd. "Metadata.yaml" is included for sc4pac, and does not need to go into your plugins folder. -

G'Day Simtropians, Today I wish to present a map requested courtesy of Dellio01 here at club simtrop, Thanks mate. It is of Winchester a small city in Virginia on the I-81. See me up CLOSE and personal. This is a real world map and was made with dem and satellite data. It measures 32.768km x 28.672km and requires Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer to import it into SC4. The map is terrain and scale accurate. A readme is included for free and contains links and instructions! That is about all I think. Cheers -

Hello Simtropolis! The Simmania BAT Team is back again for another release! The 6th official release of the newly reformed team! This one is a lighthouse based of the Assateague Lighthouse. It comes in 4 varieties listed below: 1. Grass Version 2. Sand Version 3. Transparent Base Version 4. Island Water Version The lot is 4x4, and blank with grass, sand or transparent. The reason I left them as a blank lot with no props, is so people could make it fit in with their city, how they needed to either through LE, or MMP, it lets them tell the tale of their city, their way. The lots will be found under the rewards menu, just look for the lighthouse icon! It requires no power to be ran to it, so it could be easily placed in remote areas, and flora put around it without the dealings with power lines, or windmill's obstructing the scene. If you do not see it light up at night, there are a couple reasons: *You plopped it at night *You don't have the update patch So make sure you have the patch (as most do). And you plop it during the day. It will take a minute to light up, so it is recommended to put the speed on cheetah for about 3 seconds, then turn it back to your speed, and the lighthouse will be lit up. In this third entry, we will visit some of the athletic facilities in the city, as well as some additional shots around town, including townhome development, and the Roanoke Valley Mall. In this image we see the Roanoke University Football Stadium, Roanoke Municipal Baseball Stadium, the Omni Hotel, and the Roanoke Valley Soccer Stadium. Here are some beautiful townhouses in the southern reaches of Roanoke, very close to downtown and shopping! Here is the Roanoke Valley Mall, the only mall in the entire valley, and surrounded by upscale shopping venues, including "Organique Foods" as well as middle-class apartments across the highway (VA-30). Here is the interchange between I-581 and VA-30 (Roanoke's by-pass road). I-581 connects to I-81 to the north in Staunton (In real life, Staunton is approx. 80 miles north of Roanoke, since I couldn't find a map of Staunton I put it here ).

Good Evening and Welcome to Roanoke VA, I hope you enjoy your visit! The city of Roanoke (pop. 64,000) is the largest city in a rapidly growing metro area of 125,000 people. It is situated in a large valley in the Blue Ridge mountains of western Virginia. The avg. income in Roanoke is among the highest of any municipality in "Southern Cities" at just under $120,000. The city is a regional center for finance, military, manufacturing, research, and agriculture, with a regional airport with direct flights to Reagan National in DC, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, and Charlotte. Here is an overview of the city of Roanoke, which is surrounded by forest, farms, and mountains. Here is the Roanoke Regional Airport. A small airport with one runway, yet is still relatively busy. Here is the Southwest Virginia Law Enforcement Center, which houses training facilities for Virginia State Police, Roanoke Police, and various police departments from the Shenandoah Valley, New River Valley, and the rest of Southwestern Virginia. This is also the HQ for the Roanoke PD and a regional office for the FBI and DEA. And a close-up... Here is downtown Roanoke, which houses several small skyscrapers and numerous restuarants, condos, and shops; as well as city hall and the train station. Hope you enjoy! G'Day Simtropians, Today I wish to present a map requested courtesy of Chrisrs95, Thanks mate. Clifton Forge is a small town in Virginia and is situated on the banks of the Jackson River. See me up CLOSE and personal. This is a real world map and measures 61.44km x 57.344km. Being in .SC4M it requires Wouanagaine's mapper or terraformer to import it into ones game. the map is terrain and scale accurate and was produced with dem and satellite data. A readme is included for free, it contains instructions and links. I think that's all. *Well bugger me that was an escapee, Sorry the wrong file got uploaded. For some reason I put the original dem file in the folder instaed of the finished map. Thanks WM for the catch. Cheers -
