Revolution Pizza and Bistro  1.0.0

I feel that it is the one square commercial units that are a disappointment in SimCity 3000, yet no-one seems to want to resolve this, so I am trying to create some mre interesting one square commercial premises, including this, an entirely fictional Revolution Pizza and Bistro with alfresco seating and Tie Rack, the now defunct chain of stores from the UK based loosely on one of their London stores.
