This set is designed to boost commercial office and industrial sectors with demand cap boosts. The plazas use 4 wonderful BCS textures in colors blue, red, green, and yellow. What to download: 1)First download KK Color Plaza Open Paved Area. This is for all 3 regional tree packs. (4 Colors = 4 Lots) 2)Second download one, two or all three of the regional tree packs (the packs are the same except for the trees) which include: KK Color Plaza- Temperate Pack- with seasonal trees KK Color Plaza- Tropical Pack and KK Color Plaza- Mediterranean Pack 12 lots in each regional pack; one 1x1, one 2x2 and one 3x3 plaza for each color. Lot Stats and Info: The landmark effects are very close to the original plaza stats. While the lots with trees still help to reduce air pollution, the main difference is in the demand cap boosts. Instead of going toward residential, the cap boosts are for Co$$, Co$$$, IM and IHT business's city-wide. The plop costs and monthly maintenance fees have been slightly reduced compared to the Maxis plazas, but the park effects have been reduced slightly. These timed tree props may need up to a year to fully display correctly depending on the time of year placing the lot. Note: All of the dependences are required for a complete looking lot; without any brown boxes, missing textures or objects. Installing: After downloading, extract the folder and open it. In there remove folder "KK Color Plaza Set README" and store it in a separate place besides the "Plugins" folders or just discard it. Last, take the folder named "Kloudkicker" and drop it in the "Documents" "SimCity 4\Plugins" folder. Uninstalling: Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugins folder located in "Kloudkicker\Recreational". TL-LBT Modular Gardens with plazas 3x3 & 2x2 I liked the unusual Costa Del Sol-y texture of the original LBT plazas, so I ran away with it. There were six of them, I kept only two, the 2x2 and 3x3. Count your blessings. The original seems to have disappeared, alas, or I didn’t manage to find them (“LBT PlazasPack6”) ; if you do, please PM me and I will amend this upload. *** Many thanks to my technical gurus, Rsc204, Kosc and Dreadnought. And especially Rivit, who lighted my SC4world. Also the willing victims of the beta-tests, RobertLM78, Handyman and, again, Dreadnought.
