New computer, new SimCity 4 install, can I just copy my plugins over?

I just bought a new computer. I redownloaded sc4 from GOG to install on the new computer. Somehow it worked super easy on windows 10, no loading issues and it works in hardware rendering mode so I can for the first time use HD terrain mods. Is there anything wrong with just copy pasting my plugins folder over from the old computer? I have 6gb of plugins and do not want to redownload one by one. Can I copy over SimCity.dat from the old computer? ( I had industrial revolution mod) -
Hello all, im playing SimCity at two PC´s at the same Time. City A1 is at the 1st and City B1 is on the 2nd Computer. How do i import City A1 to the Region where City B2 is? Guess i need to put A1 in the Download Folder and than?

Im backing up my My Document Plugin directory and get this message - 200+ files wont transfer to another hard drive so I can keep backups because the file name is too large ? I've running Windows 7 w/ 2 SSD drives in RAID 0 and not sure if I formatted it wrong ? Usually when about to Format NTFS, it asks about the block size, but I usually leave it as default. According to AS SSD, if msahci is all green letters and says OK, it's good. I've had issues in past where I had some feature disabled in Bios and it had Red letters and ahci or something, but to fix it, you have to totally reload Windows fresh with Bios option set correctly. I do have a program called Paragon Hard Disk Manager 12 Professional that does advanced things. Im guessing that is my only option to back ? When it does backups, it creates it's own synthetic type ISO file and it will expand into a new folder of my choice.

Hello, I'm wandering or there is an copy tool for p.e. a subway systeem from the one to the other empty city in SC4. I made a subway system with roads on it and subway stations as wel in an very big city. To avoid a lot of work I like to copy it to an empty city in the same regio and of courses without buildings and so on. I do hope there is an solution for it. Thanks so far...

What happens if I copy paste a region? Like from the desktop region folder, copy a region, paste it, now I have two regions, then rename them 'cool region old' and 'cool region new' Will that make for two identical regions in-game, so I can experiment without losing the old data?

Is there any way I can achieve copying and pasting text for city names??? or an alternative running in a window so I can read this long Japanese word to type into a city name... any of these two achievable???
