    Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Washington DC, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- The strikingly simple and poignant Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC honours those who fought in the Vietnam War. The park is dominated by a black granite wall with the names of those who lost their lives during this terrible conflict. The memorial was completed in 1982. The design was very controversial in its day: people stated the black granite was nihilistic and they complained about the lack of ornamentation - but it is this absolute simplicity which (to me) makes it worthy of being included in SC4. This is a 10x6 heavily wooded, seasonal park lot. The triangular granite wall cuts through and under the ground and a path follows the slope to the base and back again: the engraved granite panels act as a retaining wall for the ground behind it. The park will blend in with the SFBT medium wealth set (as well as the basic Maxis parks) and so can be enlarged and made modular (as I have done in the pictures). The actual wall has been modelled and modded especially to receive shadows from the objects around it which enhances the trompe l'oeil effect that this model imparts. The panel also includes the text of names (and outline of which is just visible in the tiny SC4 scale). While it is not an exact replica (SC4 doesn't take kindly to models that both above and below the ground), it is reasonably close, and it certainly imparts the feeling of the real-world structure.   2. Hello, I want to make a large city. However, it's going to be limited by cap relief. While it's nice to have cap limit, I want to have a big city only bound to traffic, jobs etc, not cap. So, I want an ultimate cap relief lot for all types available in SC4: R$, R$$, R$$$, CO$$, CO$$$, I-R, I-D, I-M, and I-HT so it's possible to make a city with virtually no cap limit. I tried to make one with PIM-X and Reader but I don't know where to start. So, I need some help to do so. Thanks.

(when properly modded ofcourse) now i run into the same problem i did last decade. demand cap! there used to be a list here, but its offline www.simcitycentral.net/knowledge/simcity4/cap-relief-list/ can anyone help me with a cap relief list?
