Happy New Year to all SC4 airport fans. I am here to offer more new planes, this time 45 degree diagonals, to add even more options to your airports. Details below and updated catalogue of all models and liveries will be added eventually in my BAT thread. What's included here: Diagonal versions of the plane models included in my previous two uploads: Airbus A220 Airbus A320neo Family Airbus A330neo Airbus A350 Boeing 737MAX Boeing 787 Dreamliner Boeing 777 Each one is lotted on a jetway lot. The lots are designed to visually fit in with the original AC Team gates, with specially developed diagonal versions of the ground markings. The jetways are positioned to connect neatly to diagonal terminal/concourse pieces all found in the SC4D LEX Legacy Ultimate Airport Pack. There are also new diagonal boundary extension lots, these will help connect the different airport pavement surface line markings to original orthogonal line markings. These are primarily for visually simulating an airport - but the planes do return some revenue to your city (in line with other modular plane lots released in the past - simulating fees paid by airlines). The A320neo, A330neo and 777 have been developed as updates starting with models I recovered in old files from when I was part of the SimCity Aviation Group (SCAG). Original 777 model credit to Pilotdaryl. 787, 737MAX, A350 and A220 models I have created new. Dependencies: Next Gen Planes Pack 1 - specifically the files contained under "_Common Files (do not delete)". These can be found in the Vol 1 download. SC4D LEX Legacy Ultimate Airport Pack - specifically the AC Mega Textures and AC Mega Props packs. Note on installation: The contents are structured into folders under JoelMk2/Diagonal Planes/[Aircraft Model]/[Airline Name]. For any planes/liveries you don't want to use you can remove the .sc4lot file in this folder, or the entire folder (this will remove the lot and the aircraft props). You can do this if you want to reduce your plugins folder size and your Airports menu length. In game, these lots will show up way down the airports menu (possibly at the bottom, depending what other lots you have). This is to keep them somewhat separated from other lot packs, including in future when airport lots can be better organised via new submenus using the Submenus DLL. -

I'm back with more new planes, building upon the earlier upload to add even more new planes to your airport menu list. Details below and updated catalogue of all models and liveries in my BAT thread. What's included here: Three new aircraft models: Boeing 737MAX - the latest update (new engines and winglets) to the classic Boeing 737 family, one of the most successful airliner families ever, a single-aisle passenger jet. Boeing 787 Dreamliner - Boeing's newest wide-bodied jet, capable of flying the world's ultra-long-haul routes. ATR-72 - a turboprop regional airliner that carries up to 80 people for commuter and regional routes. And a few additional liveries, including fulling member requests for the A330neo, A320neo, A321neo, A220, A350 and 777 to add to Pack 1 Each one is lotted on a jetway lot. The widebody jets are on lots designed to fit in with the original AC Team Boeing 747 gates, while the narrowbody jets fit in with original Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 gates. There are also a few planes on 'remote' gates - using air-stairs rather than a jetway. These will link nicely to passenger walkways from the 'RMIP' sets. These are primarily for visually simulating an airport - but the planes do return some revenue to your city (in line with other modular plane lots released in the past - simulating fees paid by airlines). For any planes/liveries you don't want to use you can remove either the .sc4lot file in this folder, or the entire folder (this will remove the lot and the aircraft props). You can do this if you want to reduce your plugins folder size and your Airports menu length. There is an optional file called "Optional - override old turboprop gate textures" this updates ground textures on some old SCAG SimCity Aviation Group lots. You can delete this file if you don't use those lots or don't want them changed. -

In years gone by, SC4 aviation creators gave us modular airports allowing city builders to create more realistic, sometimes-sprawling airports with customisable terminals, concourses and runways. But in 2024, some aspects could use an update. New models of aircraft have been designed and launched, while older ones have retired. Airlines have started up, closed down, merged and rebranded. This set is designed to bring a new set of airliners to the modular airport systems released by AC Team and others, which are now all found in the SC4D LEX Legacy Ultimate Airport Pack. This pack is the only external dependency for this set (and this set also doesn't make sense unless used together with the runways, taxiways and terminals found in the legacy pack). What's included here: Passenger airliners from five aircraft families in a range of airline liveries: Airbus A220 - the smallest Airbus, a large regional jet or small mainline jet. Airbus A320neo - the 'new engine option' versions of the A320 family, a single-aisle jet that is one of the most common in the sky. Airbus A330neo - the 'new engine option' version of the A330 family, a twin-engine widebody jet for medium/long-haul flights. Airbus A350XWB - the newest Airbus widebody jet equipped with advanced tech, capable of ultra long haul flights. Boeing 777 - the largest Boeing twin-engine jet, also used on long-haul routes. Each one is lotted on a jetway lot. The widebody jets are on lots designed to fit in with the original AC Team Boeing 747 gates, while the narrowbody jets fit in with original Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 gates. Aircraft Requests: I am still looking for Airbus and Boeing upgraded aircraft. In particular Air France liveries of an Airbus A350-1000 and Boeing 787-9 I lack the skill to make these. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We understand. The hassle of going through the airport security. The long wait times for your flight to arrive. And then boarding just to wait for the time you'll arrive at your destination. Airline travel hasn't been one of the most painless experiences; and it's about to change for the better. Designed to offer a much more relaxing flight, and featuring the greenest and most advanced aeronautical engineering to date. About the upload- This file is a replacement of the Maxis 767. It will appear in the skies above the city (with an international airport or other lot which spawns the plane) as well as in the region view. Dependencies? None required. This file was originally requested by C4TheArchitect and has been made available for all to download! -

There are quite a few planes included here and an awful lot of dependencies required, so thanks for your patience in looking for them all – your experience with this add-on will be much better for it. Firstly, a great big thank you to the original authors who graciously gave their permission for me to use their model files; in this case, Project Airbus’s Alexis. Thanks also to Josh6 and Fox who playtested these and other lots to help ensure that you receive high quality content. Apologies for the lack of nightlighting as it’s a skill that continues to elude me. (Perhaps someone out there with the talent and time would be willing to team up at some point to get this done or teach me how?) Place the extracted file in your plugins folder. There is also a nested .zip file called “Generic Plane Dependencies” which is contains a number of required files; a custom query and several new props. The reason it’s nested is that it’s included with each of the 4 Megapack files (American Airlines, Boeing, A320 and A330) but only one instance is needed. IT’S UP TO YOU TO ENSURE YOU HAVE EXTRACTED THE FILE IF YOU WANT THIS DOWNLOAD TO WORK PROPERLY! Included in the download are a selection of liveries from the Airbus A330-200 and A330-300 passenger jet. All are lotted with dark ramp textures and will appear in the Airport menu. The lots will appear near the top of the airports menu and sorted from smallest to largest. Each lot has a cost based on real-world value so a Boeing 737-700 that costs USD $70.9 million will cost $7090 in game. Most of the planes generate a small monthly income except for any parked on an apron. Since they are essentially not in service, these will incur a moderate monthly cost. -

Your national sim flag carrier airline is finally ready to fly! Included in the mega pack are four airlines all vying to be the premiere carrier in Sim nation. Titan Airways, based on the prestigious RL carrier with a fleet of 747-8i, A330-300, 787-9, 767-300er, 757-200, 737-800 and 737-700 Caledonian, risen from the ashes of RL British Caledonian flies the 747-8i, A350-900, 757-200, A320 and A319 Gryphonair, founded by Peter Gryphon (Striking resemblance but no relation) owns the 787-9, 787-8, 737-800 and A319 Phoenix Airlines, the second, completely fictional, virtual airline flies the 787-8, A321, 737-800 and 717-200 Also included are 12 bonus lots featuring airframes from various RL Airlines and an unoccupied small jetway. All lots have custom queries and will appear at or near the top of the Airport menu. This package contains Mayor-mode ploppables (flora menu) Airbus A330-200 aircraft, as well as Lot Editor props of the same models. You can use the MMP on RMIP taxiways, runways as well as most other airport surfaces. The MMPs are plopped using the multi-click method, meaning that clicking repeatedly in one spot will give you a different livery in each click. Once you have clicked through all the available liveries in one of the two click-chains, a blank model will appear, meaning that if you make a mistake in plopping the planes, you can clear the area without bulldozing the whole lot. The planes will not always appear on the desired rotation. At times they will be perpendicular to the direction of the taxiway. If you want to be precise in placing the planes, please take advantage of the included props, that can be added to a lot in Lot Editor. Lots with jetways and ground-servicing equipment will be available soon. To install this package, open the .zip and run the included installer. If you haven't used this type of MMP before, read the included readme for help, there's a link to it at the end of the install process.
