Hello, I was wondering if you guys knew of some good CJs that also listed some of the STEX files associated with them. I like to see how people use some of the files and then implement them into my cities. Thanks!

Hello, I have been playing for a while, but now I am creating an agriculturally / mass transit town. Anyway, I currently have about 12,000 folks in my town in a relatively dense area, however, all the buildings are exactly the same (Maxis Apartments -- See Below). I have changed the density from medium to high within a few blocks and bulldozed the block, but the same buildings keep popping up. Any suggestions?
