  1. Farnsworth House

    lovely
  2. Taxes: simoleons taxed per sim and per sim job

I've been playing for years now and only realised those ridiculusly low tax revenues from CO$$/CO$$$ jobs compared to CS-Job-revenue a short while ago. I'm somewhat proud of my liveable city at relatively low tax rates (7,2% for all residental types, 7.0% for all commercial) without using cheats or money-lots, but i feel a bit conned because the shiny skyscrapers that i'm looking for are all CO wich pay so little taxes.
  3. mipro BSP Park Avenue Building

Great! I'm craving for urban downtown-style buildings. ands these are faboulus!
  4. London vs. Paris

Really hard to decide. Maybe Paris. The city feels like a carefully planned piece of art, thanks to Haussmann. Monuments placed carefully on squares to form vistas and everything. London looks much more pieced together, and run-down in many places. I liked both cities on my visits, though.
  5. German Flats 1

Great. Really an indespensable building for any city with a german tuch.
  6. Zoning for Industrial

Thanks! It should have been so obvious, but i didn`t think of it in years of playing. I think I'll have to redesign all my industrial zones.
