Hello, I'm looking for a Sonoran desert landscape for my cities, something that looks the land in Phoenix. I've searched and searched but have come up with no results. Any help would be appreciated! I will post a picture so people actually know what I'm looking for. Its like a yellow brownish terrain with small patches of shrubs and such.

Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum to post in but here is my issue: Some of the options in the NAM are unavailable to me. When i say that I mean that whenever i try to place a certain type of object in the game it is just a red cursor and nothing pops up. No ghost of the object or anything. Those objects are: RHW + MIS puzzle peices High Monorail Dragable GLR High Elevated Rail GLR avenue I have SC4 and Rush Hour and have patched my game. I've reinstalled the NAM countless times although that just adds the same object to my buildling list multiple times and does not help. Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't listen to him, this CJ is amazing. The canals remind me of Scottsdale.

Definantly the Washington D.C. and Baltimore metro area. D.C. has no highway going through the city making all commuters that wish to go into the city need to around it, which adds to the traffic going into Maryland and Virginia. I-270 is a mess in the morning and the afternoon as the SHA(state highway admisintrastion) is not increasing the number of lanes going up to Frederick Maryland which is where a large amount of D.C. workers live. Also Frederick joins up with I-70 which connects to Hagerstown, another bedroom community. The surrounding counties of Blatimore are poorly planned suburbs and the highways are a mess there.

Well I live in Frederick MD WHOOT!!!and heres what I think Frederick will be like in 2050 1.Population will be close to 130,000 2.City Limits will have been extended 3.There will be 23 Schools in the City 4.I-70 I-270 and U.S. 15 will be 4 lane highways. 5.All dowtown buildings will have been renovated at least once by know or will have been blown away by 20 mph winds(Thats how old they will be) 6.Single family homes will only be available on the outskirts of the city.

Ive just been reading this entire thread for the last 10 min. It's very debative and interesting. Butmy self I must diagree with some of you. I think that if you do not like anything such as a CJ, or BAT your just go on about how much you hate it you tell the person what you don't like about it and tell them what they could do to fix it. They fix it they may not. But if they don't don't go bashing them again because they don't have to please your every want. In other words there not your slave and don't have to follow your advice because it's there Thing not YOURS! Another thing. I think the rating system should be altered a bit. I think BATS should stay unless really there is only 2 downloads in a year. But Posts should be based on views if it has at least 200 views a month it should stay if not it should be deleted unless it is a CJ. That should stay because it's someone's work. Also I think that thing about young people not being any good...that's just mean! There are people who are 6 years old who are great at a lot of different tihngs like piano or academics. First time BATers should not be expected to creat excellent buildings for maybe their first 10 BATS. Just expressing MY views. Oh yeah and by the looks of the posts from delboysim they seem really rude and unessacary.
