They are not available in https://community.simtropolis.com/files/category/82-SimCity-3000-cities/. I verified that there are no duplicates by checking the MD5 values.   4. Thank you for your reply. I have noticed that only the title with the version number was changed, while the file name remained the same. This was quite confusing for me.
  5. I downloaded "PEG_SPAM_FULL-MOD.zip" version 1.0 in May 2023, and I downloaded version 2.0 today. The two files were exactly the same. Please upload the correct file again.

    I recently got a CD-ROM of Japanese/English version of SimCity 3000 Unlimited. I also prepared a real machine of Windows XP SP3 and installed the English version. As the CD-ROM was genuine, I could play the copy protected SimCity 3000 without No-CD patch. The Scenario Creator, however, would not work properly. I believe someone in many members in this forum ran the Creator in the past. Please let me know the PC environment.

    GOG and Steam are liars as they are writing "Play 13 challenging scenarios or MAKE YOUR OWN WITH THE SimCity SCENARIO CREATOR." I made various tests and found that the installation with the obsolete CD-ROM was neccessary beforehand to run the scenario creator! No-CD patch was also necessary in my environment (e.g. http://www.gameburnworld.com/gp/gamefixes/simcity3000unlimited.shtml). As Access 97/2000 runtimes can't be used with the modern Windows, you need to use an old Windows (VM). I finally saw the menu. However, the program would not be proceeded after trying to make a New Scenario in most cases. I always encountered the following error message to use Load menu.     Does anyone know how to run Scenario Creator for SimCity 3000 Unlimited stored in the folder "Apps\ScenarioCreator"? I tried to run it on Windows 95/98SE/XP/7 (virtual or real machine) with Microsoft Access 97/2000 Runtime, but the app returned various errors. The following is an example.
