I am an admirer for your work and in all my cities I use your creations that I always download from Simtropolis.

I have a suggestion for a library in California called Geisel Library that I think would look great on Simcity4.

The Geisel Library is the main building of the University of California Library in San Diego. It is named after Audrey and Theodor Seuss Geisel. Theodor is best known as the children's author Dr. Seuss. The building's distinctive brutalist architecture resulted in its presentation on the UC San Diego logo and became the most recognized building on campus.
The library is located in the center of the UC San Diego campus and was designed by William Pereira. It was officially opened in 1970 as the Central Library. It houses more than 7 million volumes to support the university's educational and research objectives.
