Ploppable textures would amazing! Meanwhile I also made a small set of S3D fillers. Of course they don't work so well on slopes, haha.

How lovely, your scenes always make me wish I could step in and take a walk or cycle ride. Is it the Stechinelli Palace you used for the farm? Do you know where it can be downloaded? The Plop&Paint mod may be time-consuming but it makes such a difference. I was wondering, perhaps you might consider using some fillers to cover the jagged pavement on diagonal streets?

Inspired by the Temple Buildings in Dublin, this w2w R$ tenement comes in 4 lots: a 1x2, a 2x2, and two 1x2 corners. In this way it can be used modularly to create consistent blocks. The model is suitable for all camera angles, and the all-inclusive file weighs only 84 KB. HOW TO USE You can simply zone for medium or high-density Chicago tileset, or prompt the "LotPlop" extracheat, look for "R$_JFF Tenement 06 ..." and "Growify" as medium or high density residential. To celebrate the return of Simtropolis, a new pack of 8 diagonal semis featuring 6 R$$ and 2 R$. These true-3d models overhang from 1x1, 1x2, or 2x1 A and B lots fitting different diagonal spaces (see documentation images for details). Unlike their straight counterparts, these semis are only suitable for flat terrain. The all-inclusive file weighs only 353 KB. HOW TO USE 1. Prompt the "Lotplop" extracheat, look for "JFF diag R$/R$$..." and select the semi you want 2. Growify the lots as medium- or low-density residentials 3. Decorate the gardens with your favourite MMPs. And it gets better: if you use the fantastic Plop&Paint mod, you'll be able to decorate even the front yards! Pretty exciting to be the first one to revive this thread! So, I've just finished restoring my STEX files - if you notice any still unavailable for download, please let me know. Since I've made quite a few new models while Simtropolis was down, I'll update you a bit at a time as I take screenshots. For now two more diagonal semi-detached houses for the upcoming pack:

OH YAY!! Thank you so much @Cyclone Boom, @CorinaMarie, @Dirktator and everyone involved in this heroic restoration effort. Fantastic job, you guys are phenomenal - granted we already knew that! I've got a lot of new material to upload, and the old one to restore, so I'd better get to work.

Wow, so much work! And the history behind it all makes it even more fascinating. Amazing use of MMPs as usual, and no detail left to chance. P.S. the mire does look realistic to me! There's a similar boardwalk here in London too.
