    If you downloaded my origional treatment plant you downloaded the wrong file! Sorry! Here is the correct file this time. Have you ever had a water pollution problem in a small city and you didn't have a lot of room for a treatment plant? Well, this is a 3x4 water treatment plant with the same attributes as the automatic one only smaller... TO INSTALL: Just unzip and place the file in your SimCity 4 plugins folder! NOTE: This should replace the automatic water treatment plant.

    This is version 2 of my "Smaller Army Base". This version has been enlarged to 5x5 to make it more realistic. I have added a security wall, more vehicles, and living quarters. TO INSTALL: To install, just unzip and place the file in you SimCity 4 plugins folder! This will replace the automatic army base.

    This is a modified Army Base which was origionally 12x12 and is now 3x3. I included some army trucks waiting to be loaded, and some parked tanks and cars. This army base has the same attributes as the origional one. INSTALLATION: To install, just unzip the file and place it in your SimCity 4 plugins folder!
