The only plugins in the folder were bldgprp_vol1 and vol2 along with the AATheatre lot file downloaded from the LEX today. No other lots or plugins are on my system, anywhere, except those that were on the original cd's (I am working from a clean hard drive). The Downtown Athletic Club is better than a hospital as it will keep your Sims physically fit and looking good! Preventative medicine is the key to good health. Who needs a hospital when your healthy? V1.1 adjusts foundation threshold so it can be built on a lot foundation. The club provides all the health benefits of a hospital and offers the neighborhood an extra boost in both residential and commercial demand. Pay your trainers well and spend those advertising dollars to keep the club at maximum muscle quality. Includes rooftop pool,squash courts, rooftop patio deck and gardens, and the sattelites sports network in the lounge. It's Hockey Night in SimCity! The Polar Bears Minor League Hockey Club now has its own venue. They even brought their live polar bear mascot with them from the great white north. This Hockey Venue is built on 4x4 blank rewards lot and brings with it all the properties of a minor league stadium in a-lot less space! Look for it in the rewards menu. Thanks to biftek for the inspiration. Shoot that puck! Score that goal! Hitchcock comes to SimCity -There's a crowd gathering on the lonely road near the old Bates Motel, the home of Norman Bates and his mother. From the looks of things some foul play is afoot. It seems those avant garde artist folk in SimCity are at it again. They just converted an old factory building into an art school and gallery. They're also serving delicious Latte' in the sidewalk cafe'. This lot functions exactly like a museum. Designed to blend into an industrial environment. The Urban Public School is larger than the normal suburban school. It is best suited to more densely populated neighborhoods. This the latest installment in my quest for architectural integrity. Cost 500 Capacity 750+ MM 800

When the old Progen plant closed Billy Bob jumped at the chance to open his Food Emporium and Hydroponic Farm. Thanks to Billy Bob your Sims can now enjoy the health benefits of eating those healthy hydroponically grown foods. Billy Bob knows an opportunity when he sees one! The Food Emporium adds the same Health Effect (HQ) to an area in which it is placed as a Hospital but with a smaller radius. The hydroponic farm also uses a great deal of water so be prepared to boost your water supply if you are running near capacity. A functioning, tax paying, $$$ Commercial Service business that supplies 150+ jobs on a 5x5 lot. This may be my last lot for awhile as summer vacation is just about over and I will be getting back to my real life in the real world. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your praise and insight over the last month or so and especially thank all those great Modders and site administrators for making Simtropolis possible. It has been great fun!
