I'm back! Now with my imagination re-ignited, i plan on making more mods!
...as soon as i get my computer(windows 10) to be friends with my SimCity 4 disc's, then everything will be just dandy!

how do you change the group ID? I have my FSH file as a plugin (just a dat file) that had the FSH file and the DIR file in the dat file. i am trying to replace the moving van with... well you'll find out if works.

I use Adobe image ready to draw the graphics, and i use GoFSH to create the FSH files . My input method is just replace the FSH file that i am editing. I'll try the group id.

I am trying to input my FSH files with the ilive reader, but either two things happen: 1, it gives me an error, 2, it doesn't appear in game. Anyone know how to fix this? Or is it something I'm not doing?

I can't find the missile data in the ilive reader for the tanks, jet fighters and military helicopter.Any idea where?

Result: Nah. The biggest explosion you can get is the nuclear power plant... But! Fear not, i have an idea! Yes that's right, an idea! If i could find the sound data and make it sound more destructive (and Disruptive), and change the explosion graphics(make it larger) and the explosion data... then it could be done! ... but i don't know where the data is and i don't know how to insert FSH files(last time i tried and Simcity.dat 2 went corrupt) and i don't know where the TRK file for is.(i tried, but the usual result) I am learning much more about hex editing now! (practicing with a volcano at the moment)

Thank you for the nice comment!I saw your post as soon as you posted it, But... well... guess I just had a sudden attack of laziness, and I haven't played Simcity 2000 for awhile... And it was right there!It was Calling me!Literally! ... anyway, you gave me a good idea for multiple things!Heh.. wait until i upload it!In fact i think I'll do right now! Yeah!right now! Playing Super smash bros.for 3ds at the moment.I'll get round to it eventually. Maybe.

My third upload and my first vehicle mod! Now that my Ilive Reader and GoFish is now working, i can now do lots of mods now! With this mod you can have your sim drive a Police car, a truck, a hot air Balloon (does not fly), And a Tank! Tank can fire missiles, and the police car has a working Siren!The hot air balloon does not fly! No dependencies!! More to come! Maybe. -
