I found this:  SFBT_ArkenbergeJoe_Baeume.dat" in the "SFBT_Props" subfolder, and they come with the SFBT Essentials. So they should be in this file:   https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=750    The Maxis Amill Offset 22 m.dat  should be in the BSC MEGA Props Misc Vol02. The others are easily found here or in the Lex.

Cant you have enough sense to label the dependency's name so when you link stops working I can still find it?
  3. Aligned Manhattan

The Map works fine, I had no problems setting it up, the game minimized while it was being done, but it came back up once it finished the rendering. The only issue is there are some dark lines between a few of the northern regions, like they are off-set. This was caused because I rendered the map at the highest video resolution. If you render the map at the lowest resolution, it should render without any problems. After it is finished, just raise the resolution back, then exit the game and restart it. The install instructions can be found here: https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/mapping-and-terraforming/installing-a-region-downloaded-from-the-stex-r73 The first time I rendered it, it did not fully render all the regions, only a handful of them did, you have to go in each region and save them, meaning you have to do all the changes to the terrain, add trees etc. Some of them will need to be reconciled. After you name it and save it, they appear. But after lowering the resolution and trying again, I did not have this problem. If you have this problem, and wish to name the regions according to their actual map locations, you should start at the top and sides and work inward, I left the center to the end until all the sides were done on each side, so I can get an idea of what part of Manhattan I was at, and name that area properly. Its a very good map, There are not a whole lot of changes that needed to be made, The water edges need to be cleaned up as they are ragged, as most the coastlines are pretty smooth. Some reshaping is necessary if you want to be accurate, just be careful to do the reconciliations before moving on. One thing I noticed was at the northern area on the Hudson River by Upper Manhattan down to 125th street, there are 4 small regions running down the Hudson, along the water. Although I was pretty upset when I first saw it, I see why he did that, it avoids having a lot of water on the Jersey side regions on the map, and they can be mostly avoided and ignored. If you are following a true NYC layout, there are no bridges that need to be run there, and even if you wanted to use them there, they can be extended across the water through the regions. You can change the config file if you don't like that, here is a tutorial that explains that: http://community.simtropolis.com/topic/15482-is-it-possible-to-change-the-size-of-your-region/ It should be done before you start the game. It can be confusing if you are new to this, just remember that the red tiles on the bitmap are laid out 1x1, green 2x2 and blue 4x4. There are 4 reds in a row there, so you can change those to 2 greens or one blue, moving 4 squares west. But you have to continue to change it as you move west, and there will be the 4 reds at the western end. You will see that when you look at the bitmap and try it. But I love this map! It gives a lot of room to create a very accurate recreation if you are willing to download the more than 100-200 mods for all the buildings and other items to give a good re-creation. If you plan on getting all that, there will be many many plopables and landmarks, in order to avoid clogging up your menus, there is a menu editor that uses the News menu to create a file structure of all your menu add-ons, freeing up the landmark and parks menus. Its called DAMN Menus, it can be found by doing a google search. There is a blog in the Journals of someone who had done that: http://community.simtropolis.com/topic/12338-new-york-city/ He create an extremely accurate reconstruction over about 5 years and showed a lot of his work. Its 21 pages long, and shows many images and even his road layouts, and other suggestions, which will give you a good idea how to lay out this map. I just wish he shared a lot of the mods he made, I was able to find a bunch of them that were not here or on BSC. There are a few on his blogs, but he took most of them down. If you are brave enough to want to create your own mods for many of the buildings, bridges and other items, there is a great 3D Model site here': http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/ They have most every major structure you can find in NYC. There are many tutorials to mod them in the game. But I give this map 5/5 because it was well thought out and executed. Good Job!
  4. Hi Catty, Thank you for that information! I was able to create the forum login, and they had a thread about this issue. So they were able to hook me up! Thank you for your help!!
  5. Hi, I see a lot of refernces from the mods here to that site for depenencies and other things, but I am having an issue trying to get membership there. I signed up for registration, and waited over a week for the activation email. After that I went back to the site to get another activation email, which it said it sent. I waited another 4-5 days, and nothing. So I tried to log in, and the login said I was not activated. Then about a week later, or today, I tried to get the activation again, and I tried both with my email address and username, and it says I do not exist. So I tried to register again, but it tells me that my email is already registered!! So I try to log in, and I get the "That username does not exist" message......... I dont see anyone I can contact there, can anyone let me know what to do? A lot of the dependacies I need are on that site, but there seems to be some major problems going on there. Thanks for you help!!
  6. Custom Interchanges are missing

Hi, Thanks for letting me know. Sorry I am a bit new here, didnt realize I was way off placing the post! I will keep an eye out for the new NAM release!
  7. Hi, I had recently installed the latest NAM, I have SC4/Deluxe/Rush Hr/, but when I access the "Build Highways and Ramps" menu, the section under Custom Interchanges is empty. I just get the small white box and a buzz when I try to click. Nothing happens. Anyone have an idea of what to do? Can I try a reinstall, when I originally installed it, I just chose the default, not the custom. Does that leave it out by default? Appreciate any help with this!
  8. Need some help understanding this

Wow, Thanks for all the replies, I pretty much understand how this goes! I have gone through all the previous downloads and relocated all the non-functioning props to future work folders. Thank you for explaining that in very understandable terms!!! :-) I was just wondering, the .dat files, some of the items, such as a cement truck I dlownloaded are showinig up in the game, I am guessing that .dat files are ok to use as long as the descrition/readme says otherwise? Thanks for your help all!!
  9. Need some help understanding this

Thank you for your response! But are lots the only files you can use in the plugin folder? What about buildings, planes, and all the other items that are available to dlownload? The 3D models section has a load of downloads there. Are they also ones you can just drop into the plugin folder to work in the game? Do BAT files also have to be modified? I am guessing that I can download files from the 3D, Lot and building sections, and they should be ready to work in the game? I know some will have special instructions in the read me files, but for the most part, are those sections OK to download for playable content without having to modify? Thanks for your help!
  10. Need some help understanding this

I need to know exactly which files are ones that you can drop in the plugins and they are ready to play. I tried some dat files - but I dont seem.
