This is based on the map of the7trumpets from Rebel 13's SimCity site. However, it's rotated so instead of North being up, the grid is aligned to New York's grid plan. Also, the config file is set up to define large regions across the island, optimally located for placement of the regions bridges.
The preview shown is not the SimCity rendered image, but an overlay showing the different city squares over the region.
