  1. Driving Down Highway 19

great entry my vote is for option A
  2. National Zoo

The paw print detail on the trails is absolutely perfect. I love the Simpson's reference. Great Zoo! Cuddly and fierce animals, all under one...ummm...there is no roof...sooooo....sky?
  3. Visiting Some Farms...

No irrigation canals? Seems a bit odd for such a vast expanse of farmland. Any particular reason as to why you did not include them in this area? Great update. As an above comment stated...
  4. AINVision Song Contest Grand Final

Yay! Congratulations Kingston and Boyce! Great music and performances from all contenders but I think the best musicians won out this year. Can't wait for the next contest to emerge. You put a lot of work into this contest and it has not gone unnoticed. I very much appreciated the whole ordeal!
  5. AINVision Song Contest Cattala 2013

It was a tough debate. A lot of really good contenders. In the end it came down to two nations vying for my top pick.  Lindsey Stirling from Asgard blew me away with her mastery of the violin. Boy from Kingston and Boyce had me bopping up and down while listening to their very catchy tune. In the end, for me, music is about having fun; inspiring smiles, laughter, and excitement. As these characteristics were my primary criteria in making a final decision, the decision was clear. My vote goes to Kingston and Boyce for their fun, boppin' beats. Thank you to Thomas Simpson for organizing this tonight, I very much enjoyed it.
  6. East Doherty

That private college area is absolutely stunning. Is that plaza part of the college or hospital lot or is it separate from the two structures? Fantastic work.

Very formal riverbank. The formality of the banks gives me a sense of functionality when interpreting the cityscape. In other words, the city looks very functional or efficient. The stadium placement fits quite well. I can't wait to see what is emerging on the south (?) side of the stadium. I love that building that has, what looks to be a lacrosse field, on top of it. I would love to live in a building that had a lacrosse field as a rooftop. Great update.
  8. The United Cities*4th Birthday and Retirement!*

Great job at exemplifying the concept of "the wrong side of the tracks". Most, if not all, cities have this kind of area in their boundaries. A designated place where the down and out or all too easily forgotten people are intended to congregate. In Vancouver there is a definitive street that acts as the social divider between the super rich and super poor of the downtown core. In London, Ontario, Canada, there is literally a train track that denotes which 'side' of the tracks is rich and poor. Niagara Falls, Canada is another example of how a street separates the rich from the poor; much the same as your update demonstrates. I like how you put it that the city has not given opportunity to these individuals instead of faulting the poor by stating that they aren't working hard enough or too lazy. The language used, in this type of social commentary, is very important and you did a phenomenal job at denoting reality instead of ideology.

  10. How To Make Eye-Pleasing Realistic Beaches

    Great tutorial!
  11. Simcity 2013 or simcity 4

I couldn't agree more. I feel like in SC5, I have to play the game based on the developer's intentions for how the game is to be played. With SC4, I can play the game based on how I want to play the game. Do I want an agricultural town, a serene mountainous layout, an urban blight, a tropical paradise, or just a bunch of tiny houses on a hillside. With the modding available for simcity 4 I have not built an identical city in over 4 years. In SC5, every oli town looks the same, every university town has the same feel, every tourist city is managed the same,....well you get my point. SC4 is my choice without a shred of doubt.
  12. Update 21 | Speznask

The apartment complex in photo 2 is awesome. It's very eye catching and looks very homey. Very well done.
  13. The United Cities*4th Birthday and Retirement!*

Looks like there might be some back door deals that occur out of that menacing looking building. Great positioning of the building!
  14. Huntington District | Sewage and Commerce

Coming out of the canal with burns eh? Sounds like it might be a little more menacing than simply the pH level. I wonder what the consumable water is like. Water filtration is good in the city? "Yet many of Selbring's mistreated citizens are oblivious to the threat." - All too common of a problem. Seeing as though it is the least of their worries, apparently respiratory failure isn't very high on the priority list for most of Selbring's citizens. Lets hope that the garbage situation is better than the air quality. Great entry, looking forward to more out of Huntington District.
  15. Arriving in Republica de Guatalaga

Nice airport. What lot / bat are you using for your helicopter area?
