    I turn this mod on and off depending on whether or not it fits my purposes because it makes bridge building difficult. However it is a great mod for tunnels.

    Has anyone been in or around Pittsburgh? It's like perpetual construction and repairs on I-70/76 and 79. As for Minnesota, I used to live in Minneapolis and there were two seasons: Winter and Construction.
