There's not enough information for us to help. Just wanna add what Moose and Jason already asked. First of all, what version of game do you have, SimCity Vanilla, or Rush Hour/Deluxe? What version number is your game.exe? Do you have at least 7Zip or WinRar installed in your computer? Once you provide us with adequate answers, we can then give you further explanation concerning your issue.

Try to download the Deluxe version patch from the official EA site. (A little reminder, there are two versions patch there, for original SC4 and for RH/Deluxe) Then download the BAT update here Hope this will help.

One thread about dependency debate had been closed which i believe for this kind a reason. People just won't stop complaining. So,. Get use to it. Dependency is still needed, like it or not. If you encounter one stuff that required many dependencies way beyond your reason to download, then it's up to you whether you wanna download or not. You don't like it, don't bother download it. Simple as that As for your street light problem. Is that a PEG Avenue Median series by Pegasus? Just wanna make sure..

Let's see....the possibilty is nearly impossible. Yes, there are already Mega packs out there that actually not as Mega as they should be, cause we still need to download another dependency even when we downloaded what they called Mega pack. The problem is limitation of the website. If the files are too big, it cannot be upload in this site. Take example the NAM, for limitation issue, as Tarkus from the NAM team said, the file should be link outside this site. There are another way though, that is to split the files. But when the creator do the split, another complain come in, like, "hei, why don't you make it one single part for us for easier download". Can you believe that? Oh, well, i guess we human can't help complaining, huh.. My suggestion to you is ask here if you can't find it. Missing dependency or anything concerning the game, cause this is what this thread intention.

The other problem is, if your game is found not original, the update patch is more likely cannot be applied properly. Just remember to download the right version base on your region.

Let's see. I've been living and growing since i was 4 years old in a country that has many dialects which is far different than its official language and i'm also a Lingustics student. So, one, two...i can speak all five languages (two others not too clear though). TNP has a baby sister.

I agree with hym. That is a religion fundamental. Since the saying said religion is like a penis that cannot be shove down to other's throats. Then i just wanna say this; how do you think we got and get to know about religion today? Most of them by oral Religion spread by oral not by spreading Bible or Koran for people to read. Once you done with oral then you can give them Bible or Koran. One last thing, we can't stop religion to spread. Never.
