    Does anyone know where i can find that building in the background? I clipped this pic from the LEX...it looks like one of SimGoober's "restaurant row" W2W's, but I'm not 100% on that.

    For the baseball field, this user probably has something you'd like. 3 pages of files, check 'em out. For the fenced grass, I'd go with this free grass park along with the PEG security fencing.
