In some of my cities the private schools are "maxed out". Will there be more private schools available as rewards, the same way there a more Houses of Warship and others? If not, what can one do to prevent the EQ from going down because of overcrowding?

Are you playing "hard" or "easy"? If your settings are set to hard your taxes should be at 9%, try lowering them to 8% and see what happens. Worked for me!

Is there anything like an underwater electricity cable? Looks a little weird if you have these high voltage towers on the surface of the water. Thanks in advance!

Traffic questions, and a question about raising terrain.

This is only partially true. Without the NAM, the intersection effect is so small that it has essentially no effect on traffic. With the NAM, the longer commute times permitted more than offset the stronger intersection effect, so the effect on traffic is minimal. Further complicating things is the fact that the game is not really 3D, especially when it comes to traffic; the intersection effect takes place even at overpasses. So in summary, overpasses make good eye candy, but they really don't affect the game play. The same goes for roundabouts. Thanks for the detailed explanation. What happens if one uses tunnels instead of over- or underpasses, would that help to reduce traffic obstruction? -
The omnibus doesn't seem to have it anymore. Is this the one you are looking for?? This is really useful, how do you dig up stuff like this?

Thanks for your effort, but this is not very clear. Can't you just explain how to start from scratch, e.g. use this programm..., create a blank..., next step and etc.?
