an excellent rural CJ! details are incredible, i like how you incorportated hills into the town. i especially like the retaining walls and the bridge! -
it can't transport garbage throughout the city, but it is the closest thing to what you want.

yeah that happens to me to. that is just how the traffic simulator and commute engines work. this has nothing to do with the NAM. -

haha it is the same here in utah. nobody comes during the summer, but in the winter, tons of people come for the skiing

if there is a freight rail station, connected by rail to the NDEX rail to subway lot, can freight trains enter this, travel throught the subway, and come out at the other end via another rail to subway lot? thanks in advance the00guvna

when it gives you the window deciding what to do with the file, instead of selecting save, select open file. it will then give you a list of programs. pick windows explorer. when it is finished, you are free to move the file around anywhere you want. do you know what to do after it has finished downloading? -
very good point. i just recently joined so there are tons of BATs that i missed completely

i shouldn't think so. try again. it will only give you the option to extract files if you right click on the file itself.

when you download something, it will give it to you as a zipped folder. right click on this folder and then hit "extract all". it will then ask you where to extract the files. make sure that they got to Documents\Simcity 4\Plugins, or they will not work. some downloads have installers. for these you will extract all files, then double click on the .exe file. follow the onscreen instructions and select the destination folder. hope this helps! and welcome to simtropolis!!

i recently saw these container lots (https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=15941) on the show us your seaports thread. however, when i clicked on the link for the dependancy, it says the file does not exist. i looked for this pack on this site and sc4 devotion. does anyone know where this file is? thanks in advance

you could also try downloading custom vehicle skins. the maxis vehicles dont look very realistic and custom ones can really add to the environment of your city Edit: two uploaders who do a really good job with these are bigredfish and gwail -
