This my new lot, a rubber and tyres factory for a industriall wastland. The bat was make by GaryReggae (avaible on the LEX) the lot contains a parking and a zone of load around the factory. There is a plop version with jobs and a grow version included in the zip. The bat is inspired of the Brynmawr Rubber factory, demolished in 2001.
