    Good concept, but remove the garage, replace the texture, open a BAT thread and make the lot a 3x3.

    Again, Maxis props = not good...also the runway is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too short to be realistic.

    I agree with joshriddle...Maxis props aren't good. Try designing your own in BAT/gmax and also use BSC textures instead of Maxis ones (e.g. parking).

    The baseball field is missing props, such as benches, stands and an outer wall. Most people could do this in LE in minutes..or just plop down a monorail station next to the in-game baseball field with small 1x1 plazas.
