    For some reason, I have a certain part of my city that I was able to zone residential / commercial / industrial, that won't develop.  I've also noticed with the police station that the additional cars are trying to "SNAP" to the street and not the parking spaces.  This issue also happens with the additional bus garages.

    I just installed this tonight, after install, game crashes on launch.   Update:  removing   "001_OFFLINE_DLC_Buildings_Danny50205_20141121_1.1_WTCPlaza.package"   fixed my issue.

  4. Tonight by accident I discovered that CTRL + ALT + W will add to your monthly budget each month. Seems to be 5k each time you press the combo. I haven't see this one listed before.

    Ok, I got it working now that I understand that it only works on 2 sides of the map.  Tricky bugger.  Size of road didn't seem to matter when I built out.  I also noticed that "Frontier Fields" city works well.

    For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get building to plot outside the normal 2k boundary.   I installed the mod, started a city, closed the game, opened the game, see the region border move.   I build small pieces of region road outside the previous border but when I go to place buildings outside of that it won't "snap" to the road as I would expect.

    xoxide, I can build roads just fine, I just can't always plot stuff on them or zone RCI on them.

    I have mod correctly installed but when I drag zoning tool down roads that extend from the real city out into the 3k area, they zone tool stops at the border, am I doing something wrong?

    When attempting to plot items 8 and 9 of a waste treatment facility the item once plopped disappears after 2-3 seconds.

    Version 0.35 is causing a game crash when the city loads.   Hm, 2nd load attempt it loaded fine.

    Could you explain how you made the change to the Recycling center storage buff please?  I noticed that it was now 100 tons in version 0.1 but you implied that you removed it in 0.2.  Id like to have the best of both worlds.
  19. Found another issue with 0.98N and Update 10: Passenger Rail tries to clip with the road instead of the track. Removing this mod fixes issue, double verified. Nevermind, this intended apparently.

  21. @ProcsKalone could you maybe post an update for update 10. Currently when you plot stuff, a single item will take 2 of 4 instead of 1 of 4. Seems to affect every plopable addon for casions, trading, etc.
  22. Hi, Im looking for a mod that when you extract Oil, Water, Coal, Ore etc, it doesn't actually remove them from the map, essentially unlimited resources. Anyone got a clue to do that?
  23. Hello, I recently installed SC4 onto my new PC after getting frustrated with SC5. I've noticed that the FPS in-game seems to be capped. If I run at >>> speed, my max fps while Im staning still is 15fps. If I move around, my FPS jumps to 200-300fps, but the game simulation seems to stop progressing (calendar wise). Once I stop again, and the fps starts to drop back to the locked 15fps, the counter then progresses very fast. If I change my mode to >>, then my FPS is locked at 20. If I use mode >, then my FPS is locked at 30. Has anyone else seen this? Is this an intended consquence, I'd rather not play a game at 15fps. For what its worth, Ive already edited the Graphics Rules.sgr and Video Cards.sgr. Those recommended changes had zero affect on this issue. Many Thanks.
