About This File

NOW Unlocked-please upload and run the install program again. Everything should be fine now. :)

Pietro Belluschi, before he became really famous, got his start in Portland, Oregon. Among his prolific work here is likely his crowning achievement: The Equitable Building, known today as the Commonwealth Building.

Opened in 1948, this building feature many firsts. Most notably that it was one of the first fully-enclosed, aluminum-clad, air-conditioned building. It even predates the more-famous (and similar) Lever House in New York.

Installation Instructions:

unzip and run the installer program. Files will install to C:/...my documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/Bixel/Commonwealth Building

(you may change the destination if you wish). You may then go through and remove undesired versions.

Stats:

Modelling and most modding: Bixel

Custiom icons/Query and some modding: Sparkythepenguin

German-version beta testing and editing: Andreas_Roth

Spanish-version beta testing: Asturianu

Lot: 2x4 (all lots)

The growable lot should grow only as a stage 6 Houston corner lots.

English/German/Spanish multilingual support:

This BAT is fully tested, translated, and capable of running in English, Spanish, and German-language versions of SC4.

No need to worry about downloading extra stuff to get it to work in English, Spanish, or German, everything needed is in the lots included. Your version of SC4 will take care of the rest. (Lots will default to English for other languages). A French version may come in the future. That is whenever I can get a refresher course on it or find people willing to translate and beta test in French.

dependencies:

None!

Realistic placement:

This lot is configured for Wall-to-Wall (W2W) use, and in real life occupies a half block, roads on all sides except the back. Other W2W lots should grow or be placed behind it.

Bugs/glitches/annoyances:

None that we are aware of...

Another BAT by the The Portland and Oregon BAT Team.
