I really got in the mood to make small stuff for small towns. So, next to the police station and jail, I also made a clinic, big enough to bed 680 people monthly for only 260 simoleons. It costs 630 to plop, and has a bulldoze cost of 420. it consumes 31 power and 13 water. There are no Dependencies and no Readme! Enjoy! -
Hi. Sorry for the stupid question, but I can not for the love of me figure out how to get rid of a sidewalk texture. I thought it's Paeng's low wealth sandstone texture so I've even deleted the mod, the textures, messed up my plugins folder (game didn't work for 1.5 hours) and yet the sidewalk remains...everywhere. I've attached a picture so you'll get a better „picture”. Can anybody help? Tell me exactly what to look for? What should I delete...?

I started bating again, and while making some euro props for myself, I discovered a school which looked more like a clinic, so i made a few changes, renamed it, and decided to release it. Saint George Hospital: Monthly cost: 300 Bulldoze cost: 250 It has a radius of 1200 (which is 400 tiles more than the Large Medical clinic from Maxis) and a capacity of 2500 sims, so it's perfect for spread out towns with small houses. It costs 1600 simoleons to plop, consumes 16 power and 6 water. There is NO Readme, and there are NO dependencies! Enjoy! -
Hi, Sorry if this is just a waste of bandwidth, I need your opinion on the size of these buildings I made. I still need to add some details, just thought I'd check them out first, and at first glance they seem a little small compared to Maxis buildings and other Eastern European ones (the red corned building for example) but appropriate in size when it comes to cars, people etc. Let me know what you think! Thank you!

This may be a stupid question, but I made a few houses in BAT and want to replace some of the european houses in Lot Editor, but I cannot find any R$$ stage 1,2,3, only the Chicago and New York ones. And the Hendawi Palace and Avery Cottage (I think, from the euro selection). But I also need the Devonshire House, Cheez Cottage etc. so when I'm playing I'll have my houses growing instead of all of these, not just the ones above mentioned. So where are they? I've cleared my Plugins folder and still can't find them in the Lot Editor under R$$ stage 1,2,3,4 ....

I haven't been really active here in the past few years but I must comment on this and I must say that with every update I'm loving this more and more. It's one of the best (if not the best) journals out there. Congrats!

Sorry If I'm in the wrong thread... I have a problem with my starting pieces, they just don't work. I place them, then I drag the RHW out of it and nothing, it just goes to a two-laner. Reinstalled, looked in forums...nothing. Also, I'm missing the Maxis Highway Overrire interchanges, they don't show (there is only a red arrow... even if I'm in an open space), same with some RHW custom pieces... I have no idea what's wrong. Please help or guide me in the right direction. Thank you, S.

Ok. This is emberrasing. Just as I posted the question I found the problem. Someone please delete this. Thank you for your help. And while I'm here (before this gets deleted) does anyone know of a mod that maked all sidewalks medium wealth?

I read the review and most of the comments, I'm quite aware of everything, yet I have still not found the answer to my question. Which is: If you already layed out zones beside a normal 1x1 lane road in the middle of your city (when starting) and then built around it, and found yourself that you want to upgrade your „downtown”, will you have to destory the zones (and buildings) already grown just to upgrade the road to an avenue... Most importantly, from an avenue (which I'm thinking already has many nice buildings, not just houses) to an avenue with tram tracks?- 158 Replies

Just a small library for two...Made it yesterday, it turned out almost perfect (at least from my point of view). Has a plop cost of 2700 a bulldoze cost of 1600 and a monthly maintenance cost of 60 simoleons. Has a radius of 2600 meters, which is a lot, almost 3 times more than the small Maxis Library, which makes it perfect for small towns. There are No dependencies and No Readme!
