    It's a bit odd to have tanks and satellite dishes in a police station (especially when it's a small one), but the lot doesn't look too bad, given it uses no dependencies. I'll give you a 8/10.

    That church looks really nice, good choice. It's very realistic to have the church in the middle (altho I have the feeling I already said that in my previous comment). The website looks really nice aswell. Keep on going!

    Try adding this line -d:Software after the -introff that you have specified in the SC4 shortcut. It starts the game in software-rendering modus.
