Vredehof - Berin Houses of Parliament "The Court of Peace"
This building is built for my city journal Marion, Berin. It is the Parliamentary building of the nation. The lot forms the center of a very large square, with the Vredehof rising out of the middle. It provides civic jobs and plenty of office and residential demand. When considering demand, I compared it with Washington DC, Brasilia, and other 'manufactured' capitals that sprang up out of swamps and jungles after their nation was created.
NOTE: This building adds a lot of demand for Residences and Offices, and supplies jobs as though it were a national legislative building. It is quite large relative to maxis values, but it is done like this because placing this building is establishing a national capital. Offices and People naturally follow.

I have included a small version of the building that fits on a 12x4 lot if you wish to place buildings closer arround it. It has approximately default Landmark stats with minor § differences.
