  1. I just wanted to say that your smalltown series is brilliant. Thank you for your hard work!

  2. Third Ward Lofts I

Excellent as usual! I like the multiple buildings that help break the sizes up a little.
  3. mipro BSP The Olde Building

So many details for such a small building! Beautiful as usual, Jason.

Alien: Are you using a Mac by chance? I recently learned of some Mac issues and am trying to resolve them at the moment. I will be posting an update as soon as it is fixed.
  5. mipro BSP Ypsilanti Water Tower

Used to live two blocks away from this. Another great recreation, my friend!

Nofunk: The water tower looks great in the game! Can't wait until it's ready. Jason: One Woodward is looking reallly good. Stupid as it may sound, the giant fans are still one of my favorite features on this one. The rest of the building makes my eyes cross if I try to pick out little details! lol I guess maybe I should stop doing that. JB
  7. School Pack Volume Two BSC

Wow... thanks everyone! @pickled pig: The coverage radii for Maxis HS are 750 and 820 (small & large). Schultz (which is between the two in size) is 820, WHS is 1025, and CHS is 1200. A radius of 1056 will touch all edges of a medium sized map. So, no... you can't cover a large map... but let's not get carried away. :)

I should mention that the school bus props are automata based. Meaning, if you use replacement skins for your school busses, they will also show up that way in the parking lot! (Credit to Swamper77 for that)

School Pack Vol. 2, by JBSimio Welcome to Volume Two of the School Pack series! Like many civic projects, we’ve had our share of delays and setbacks. Building materials were misplaced, the unions went on strike more than once, and structural flaws threatened to send one building into early retirement before it even opened. Fortunately a host of volunteers from the BAT Salvation Corps and other groups with interests in educational excellence helped to steer the project back into reality. This volume contains three different high schools, ranging from the large and grandiose to simpler functional styles. It also contains several props used in this and upcoming packs. This pack is designed to compliment the elementary schools from Volume One and sets the stage for a future Add-On Pack which will increase the options for your school’s campus. Here’s what you get with this release: Washington High School: A medium sized school with multiple additions over the years. Schultz Memorial HS: A smaller 1920’s school inspired by a middle school in Saginaw Mod Edit: Fixed broken description formatting.

Welcome back from the land of "I don't know!" I missed a few updates, but things are looking good. Glad you're revisiting the texture on the Federal Building. I wouldn't be too afraid of the "eh" factor... it is an "eh" style of building after all! lol I love the textures on the water tower and am also eagerly awaiting that one. The Donovan is off to a nice start as well. JB PS... I didn't forget our converstation. I just was out of town more than expected. I'll be sending the model to you soon. (Do you want the textures as well? Most were temporary anyway)

That's very cool! Thanks for posting that link, T Wrecks... Congratulations to Nofunk and the others featured. JB

I see you've been busy! The water tower is looking very nice... all those texture adjustments are certainly worth it. The federal building also looks good. I'm still deciding if I like your new roof better than the old... but that's just me. Are you doing the base as a separate foundation or as part of the building? JB

The shingles came out really well! The wall texture seems to have a bit too much yellow in it, but I may not be remembering correctly. For the string of lights, are they just nite maps or do you have actual spots of some sort shining on them in some way? If they're nite maps (and if I understand you correctly) then I think by making them any smaller you'll lose what you already have. I think they might be small enough that you could clone and rotate a second set without changing the size, though. Can't help you with seasonal props just yet... but it's something I'm learning right now, so maybe soon if you still need it by then! JB
  14. Looks like a promising start. I look forward to more. JB
