    I had a part of town that was suffering from commute time + abandonment so i put 1 station with a parking garage in the middle of it and put another station in a under developed industry area nearly the oter side of the map and now both parts are growing very nicely just from 2 stations and 1 stretch of rail

    The exact area it occupies has radiation if you click on the radiation tab in the data view. But doesnt spread over the boundary of the lot so it doesn't effect the zones/buildings close to it
