Upon a little search, I found the building on Google Earth.. Now that I have found it on Google Earth, I can determine exactly how big it is, and estimate overall height... Width: 52.86 Meters which is 3.25 Tiles in SC4 (if 16 meters is one side of the tile....) Height: 55.80 Meters which is 3.5 Tiles in SC4... this is only the outter walls however. As, it is not a perfect sqaure. Basically, we're looking at a 3.25 x 3.5 rectangle, with 1 tile cut out, and a rotunda that will be added later. Comments & Suggestions welcome

@LivinginthePast: i suppose red road is a good term....and it's not just Louisiana, most, actually all Southern States have that color -
hey Vandy, first i must say, this is an excellent tutorial for the SC4TF. I find it very useful in making area-specific regions. Might I suggest also noting a specific terrain texture, or other mod that matches the region? not a total necessity, but it would be helpful. Also, I believe you should post the tutorials as new posts, just my opinion, but I believe it will make things a little easier. Keep up the good work! -Frankie

well, there are several ways to lay out the city to begin with. I usually plan way ahead, leaving area for future highways, try to have a central avenue or road, then use grids, grids are a good way to start....use these grids until you become a little bit more experienced at city building, then you can consider expanding to diagonal roads and streets, or more complex plans. Ultimately, the city layout is up to you though...remember that
