    Great map! Anyone who gets the region error needs to follow the instructions here: http://www.ussdragonstar.com/simcity4/terrainsite/install.html (Basically, create a new empty region, name it, exit SC4. Copy the config.bmp into that new region's folder, load SC4, CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R, load the jpg, and wait.)
