    Nice work, but it's gonna look strange if it's not made of wood. Most boardwalks you see have wood decks and railings too, and sometimes extend over the water a bit. However, you need to specify any dependencies. If there is none, tell that. The Ferris Wheel looks like a dependency.

    When you have ideas like this, it would be best to start a lot thread so you can get feed back on your idea before you upload. Honestly, This isn't anything someone couldn't do in a few minuets in Lot Editor, so people's reaction generally won't be great. Best of luck next time.

    I agree with Sirron kuhc. The idea is actually not bad at all, but some access paths to reach the turbine bases, a small maintenance shed, maybe a sub-station building and other little details would have made this much better - in addition to a realistic (staggered) turbine placement .

    It's not quite realistic. If it were realistic then the Windmill Setup would be different. Because the way it's set up the Windmill 2 behind Windmill 1 won't be able to get wind that the 1st windmill is already using.

    Twinsfan14 has said it all - this should be a highly useful set! I think it makes perfect sense to offer a modular version that can be adapIed to all applications and space restrictions. I can also imagine this set to spruce up industrial warehouse complexes and make them look like a huge shipping company. Superb job, thanks a bunch! And to top it off, just two dependencies!

    FINALLY!!!! I have been waiting for this. All of the truck stops here are unrealistic and too tiny, most truck stops I see are fairly large. This will look good next to my RHW exits. Again, thank you. This is great. Great work. 6/5, 13/10

    Just FYI, "out" lot means that this building will never appear entirely on its own. It requires a so-called "anchor" building to grow first, and then it can grow on free tiles adjacent to it. This is a scheme Maxis has used for all its industrial buildings, so this BAT will integrate itself into the game as if it were a Maxis warehouse, i.e. it will accompany factories to simulate an industrial complex.

    Why "inutile" (= useless)? Why don't you leave it to the downloaders to decide whether this is useful for them or not? This is a stadium complex - some might find it useful, some might prefer to assemble such a complex with individual stadiums, NAM Ped Malls, parking lots etc. As long as this is a working lot, it is not useless in itself. A picture from closer up would be good, though.

    Good to see you are experimenting with the BAT, but the modelling and texturing needs a lot of work. As simhottoddy mentioned, open a BAT thread so the more experienced members can help you out with modelling techniques before you upload.
