Also, it would be nice to see a picture of the whole building as well as some stats, lot size, growable/ landmark, etc.

It would benefit this building greatly to use some textures/ materials that are not just flat colors. No shadows appear to be cast on your white texture, which makes the whole thing look bizarre. The modeling isn't bad, but I don't know how a helicopter would land safely with those towers sticking out of the top, not to mention how they would get off the roof once they were there. You should consider opening up a BAT thread so you can get advice before uploading.

V2's are always a good thing.

Though you stated it's your "first BAT complete EVAR", I think most of us would say it's far from complete when it's not textured or nightlit. SimHoTToDDy is right in that you should open a thread and get input there before uploading. And please edit this one with the new file, rather than a whole new "version 2" as a separate, second upload.

ANOTHER pack of these? I LOVE your work, but I don't understand all the x-rated stuff. I've never seen this many x-rated buildings in real life...please, I beg you to make some more non-chain small restaurants - I think those are very unrepresented in SimCity.

Deleted my comments as it was identical to simhotoddy's and yes it is a dead trap for helicopters, its just missing a sign that says "free helicopter food" sign Willy Coyote. Bottom line use the forum before uploading!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who relized it was an F-117 not a B-2, but besides that it's great!

Sounds like a good idea, but I do not think I will be using it. Maybe add a runway so it at least looks as if the plane could take off if it wanted to. I dunno, for me to justify putting a lot that created 25 thousand dollars a month, it would have to be a lot bigger and more functional. Good try though, keep being creative. 5/10

I honestly tihnk this shouldn't have been made. It just doesn't seem right. No offense. maybe a viaduct (like how a railroad/road goes ova each other in a city w/o railcrossings)
