Yes I enjoyed it as well as +1 the entry.  I like the small piers, my population's eco-status is finally coming around to being able to enjoy some luxuries.  Still into farms but now as contracting to major stores and manufacturers.  So they are making some profit and ready to enjoy their retirements like vacationing in your region and cities and boating, etc. at home.

It's got ... everything! Great naturalistic MMP work around the marina, nice curving roads around the shoreline and a good use of walls throughout - through to a park and really well laid out urban areas. There aren't even any particularly overly steep roads as far as I can see (which is my normal bugbear).
