Didn't the 49ers play horribly on Monday Night Football vs. The Seahawks?

shame...i really wanted mike nolan and the 49ers to win one for his father.

on the other hand, with each 49ers loss, the pats get closer to the #1 draft pick 3.gif

Which they've already lost didn't they?  Also, I think #1 draft pick goes to the worst team in the NFL at the time.  Back when Houston went 2-14, they were debating if Houston would get the #1 or #2 draft pick.

Yes your right Voar Tok. When Houston got David Carr, that was a waste of a pick. He never did well and they ended up trading him to the Panthers.

VT-no. We lost OUR first round pick. in the spring we traded the 24th pic for the 49ers pic this year, which the NFL hasnt taken away. So if the 49ers end up worst, then we'd get number 1! course the dolphins need to help out.

The Dolphins have nobody. Their QB Cleo Lemon has to step up. He wasnt the best a few weeks ago when the Giants beat them in London. He didnt show me anything.

its going to be hard to cleo lemon to step up from the bench. Jon Beck, that wicked good guy from BYU, is going to start this week. We havnt seen much of him as far as what he can do, but when he played BC last year i was pretty impressed.

But the odds of that happening are basically zero.  And I wouldn't be surprised if it came to that and commissioner said no anyway because you lost first round draft pick, which is what a #1 pick would be.

I cant remember if i made my picks for this weekend...o well ill have a go at them here.

Buccaneers over Falcons

Ravens over Browns- pitiful ravens...oh well...

Bengals over Cardinals

Texans over Saints- Texans pass rush is better than Saints, and Brees has proven to be bad against the pass rush

Colts over Chiefs

Packers over Panthers

Jaguars over Chargers- i bet i will be wrong on this, but my god have you ever seen a more unworthy win than last week vs. colts?

Raiders over Vikings

Eagles over Dolphins- I have no clue how good Beck is, but i feel like if he plays well, Fins could pull an upset

Steelers over Jets- what happened to the jets...? Actually if anyone remembers they were a playoff team, then had an injury riddled season, Mangini came in and led them back to the playoffs, this year theyre bad again. I dont know what that means.

Cowboys over Redskins- the Skins dont have any recievers that are healthy

Rams over 49ners- omg lame matchup...seems like there is alot of those this year/ week

Seahawks over Bears- everyone said Rex played good last week, but that was only on the last drive...he still stunk

Patriots over Bills-hmm this game might be closer than i think

Titans over BRoncos- i had this pick the other way around, but then i realized how bad Denver is against the run.

Giants over Lions- close game here, battle for the NFC wildcards.  Who thinks they will be meeting up again in December? Me!

yes, we lost OUR first round pick , but he cant take the pick that we got from the 49ers because we got that through a trade and it would be completely unfair. If he were to steal another pick from us that would be the leagues 1 millionth move that they only made just to try and stop us, like the pass interference rules they made in 2004. The league is pretty corrupted if you ask me, they are making all their rules to help Peyton Manning and the colts and to slow down Bill Belicheck and the Pats.

bbfan-i could see it going either way.

Eli has a big chance to crawl out of his brother's shadow after peyton's preformance last year, so he may step up to the plate and lead the giants to a big win, but, we're talkin bout eli manning so the lions (aka GODS team) will probably pray their way to victory.

No, I think I've heard that there's never been a team that went winless.

EDIT: Nope, they did go winless in 76, but back then, the season was only fourteen games long.  No one has gone 0-16 yet.

And I don't get something - why do people keep picking the Texans to lose in the best season they've had thus far. 3.gif

Patriots: At the rate things are currently going though, you're not going to have a #1 pick anyway, because the 49ers are two wins over Miami, and looking to be tied with Saint Louis for second worst.

actually if you look at it the bucs went 0-26 in their first 2 seasons I'd love to see someone top that performance

on a funny yet sad side note When the Bucs won their first game in 1977 over the Saints,Saints Head Coach Hank Strom was Fired for losing to Tampa Bay

Here are my picks, late as usual. I had to sleep in. So far I'm doing a lot better than last week. Wow...2 weeks ago I was 1st place for that week, and last week I was dead last.

Cards over Bengals

Packers over Panthers

Browns over Ravens - wow was that ever close

Colts over Chiefs - much closer than I thought

Eagles over Dolphins

Saints over Texans - who'd have thought? Oh...VT...that's who...

Giants over Lions - Giants are better than people think, and Lions are worse

Vikings over Raiders - No Peterson, no problem

Chargers over Jags - DANG!

Bucs over Falcons

Steelers over Jets - Jets are winning right now???

Bears over Seahawks - quite a gamble

49ers over Rams - Toilet Bowl of the week. Hopefully the Rams are still awful

Cowboys over Redskins - The boys aren't showing me much right now and Skins are on top.

Patriots over Bills - Seems like it could be close, but for some reason I think it's going to be a blowout again

Titans over Broncos - Please please let the Broncos team from the shutout show up...

So yeah, I got 4 picks right last week. HORRIBLE!! Did anyone else notice how boring last week was without the Patriots playing?

yes...i cant wait for tonights game. I hate the bye week.

It seems every game the patriots play now is going to be "closer than you'd think" because they are in that stage of the season where everyone wants to know whose going to beat them. If any team beats them, it will probably be the steelers.

The Patriots should blowout the Bills. I mean, you have Brady. He hasn't had fewer than 3 touchdowns in any of the games this season so far! Thats called domination!

Not when they cant dominate the Jets geeze 16-13.

Cowboys dodge a bullet 28-23 with TO catching 4 today.but they played good iin the 2nd 1/2

Loved that wild FG in  Baltimore.

Easy Bakes-Buccaneers went winless in the 70s or 80s. quote>

That was an awesome ending to the Cleveland/Baltimore game. I am a diehard Browns fan and it's good to see them competitive again. It seems like they keep losing these games in the final minute, but at least today they came back, and in such dramatic fashion too!! Hits the right upright and then the gooseneck and then pops back out, but hey it was in, and they went to overtime and won by 3. So happy 5.gif

TO was wide open the whole game! He wasnt covered nearly as good as he should of been. He needs 3 people on him! In all of his 4 touchdown catches, he was wide open. That was inexcuseable.
