It wasnt nearly as close as the score indicated.

beside the long Run in the 1st quater and runnng back the opening kick

the bears offence looked terrible the only reason that were still init was IIndy coulnt seem to

put them away with TDs and setteled for field goals.

And the ads were terrible.

only one made me laugh out loud and that was the

Bud lite with the rock, paper, siscors bit.

Well duh, here is where the party was!

I'll repeat my line fr the other thread:

I thought Prince sounded good when he was covering himself and not Tina Turner (or Creedence Clearwater Revival??). Long live a Purple Reign!9.gif

I thought the first Chevrolet commercial (the retro cars and music styles) was pretty cool.  Most of the others seemed to be auditions to be the next GEICO Gecko/ Taco Bell Chihuahua (sp?)/ Budweiser Frogs.  Next

Oh yeah, the game... messy but fun like the commercials.  Who won btw?

I'm going to vomit. Rex Grossman should be run out of the NFL. Now we have to hear about Peyton Manning for the next thousand years. Yeah, I'm definitely going to vomit.

It was a fun game to watch. The Colts were by far a better team, Great job! Can Chicago say "Jeff Garcia"?

Unfortunately, the 'Texans' aren't exactly what I would call "the classiest team". 15.gif

You know I can't blame you for being proud of where you come, just like I'm proud to be a Hoosier.

The more I learn about Tony Dungy the more my respect for him keeps growing.

And oh, it really was cool to come to work today as a big fan of the world champions!10.gif

Joe-starring in every commericial just to make a quick buck is not what i call classy. the only thing that you mentioned that is truely classy is tony dungy, and marvin harrison.

anyway i predict Pats Cowboys superbowl, Pats win, as long as tom brady isnt on daiper duty.

Cowboys?

You seing something i dont?

Average offence at best this season unless Romo just goes nuts and has the best QB season ever  (TO  is expected to be a  arse this season).

 Defence should be good though.

I'd just like to see my Bengals go through a year without an "off-field incident" resulting in an arrest and/or lifetime ban from the game.

^if so marvin lewis deserves the nobel peace prize.

Easybakes-Romo had a great year, just that one bad play that ruined it all. they have good receivers in TO and Terry Glenn and a good quarterback. im not too sure about their running backs, do they still have that guy from notre dame? they've added to there offensive line with leonard davis, and their defense should be very good.

The entire AFC as a whole is pretty strong. The NFC seems to have a buncha middle-of-the-road teams, although I have high hopes for the Vikings (I must be a masochist!)

Romo started off great last season when he began starting, but faded a bit in December. I expect he will equal or improve his numbers. He is not the overrated loser Rex Grossman is. But the Cowboys are just ok, like the rest of the NFC.

They still have the combo of Jules Jones and Marion Barber The III ( no relation to the other NFL Barbers)

They were an effective combo last season and i expect them to be better this season since jones should be at full health to start.
