I am another $%&^!. Played SC and SC3000. Loved the easy money cheats in SC3000. But liked trying to "play the game" too. I guess I liked having the choice. I didn't even know about all of this modding capability. I am trying to get one of the casinos to appear in my rewards list. Downloaded it from this site, but so far it doesn't get "pipcked up" when I restart SC4. Anyway, this is a great site. Lots to read. I'm sure I'll fugure it all out eventually. Kudos to those in charge of this site.

Hey there, I'm new to simtropolis, a canuck. I can rember playing simcity original in highschool (not allowed) and have played every incarnation since, the mod's here look amazing and the NAT just imporves the game by leaps and bounds. superb work fellows

Hello. I am new to Simtropolis 5.0. I had an account on 4.0 a while back but forgot my username and password. I posted once or twice maybe. Anyway, I have been playing SimCity since I was 6. I remember my favorite part of going to my uncle's house would be that they had SimCity 2000 on their computer instead of just SimCity Classic that I had been playing.

Hi Folks... I'm a video game junky from the 80s.. I had a Commodore 64... Was a huge fan of Zork and other text adventure games "back in the day"....if anybody remembers those!  ha ha

I used to play SC3000 a lot.  I'm an engineer and also a Mario Bros fan...  I think it's incredible the amount of customizable content capable with SC4...  and the wealth of info. that's shared  in ST on how to go about it...    

I used to know 3DSmax 3.0 and now re-learning 3D modeling on a new PC I built, hopefully to contribute a decent BAT someday...  Good to be here

well i guess i could still real introduce myself here even though i been on since march and allready attempting my first CJ with the help of onlyplace4 and my fiance who is writting it, ive also played the original Sim City and purchesed SC4 when it came out but never thought there was die hards till just of recently lol go figure my odds and would love to be able to make my own stuff some day when i get a brand new computer that can handle it lol, anyways just wanted to stop by and say hi and all.

Hello Everyone,

I'm USA_Gold and I'm a lurker... LOL

I've been lurking for quite some time now and I've just decided to introduce myself and say ** HELLO **

I've just reciently returned to playing my SC4 Deluxe Ed after getting myself a new pc.

While looking for some help info I restumbled upon Simtropolis and couldn't belive I remembered my username and password.

I even remembered some of the CJ's I started following and got to finish reading them. Such great work. =)

I've even read through many more CJ's some 14 or more pages ** WOW ** Thats an under statement for such hard work.

Question for anyone: Can a tunnel be built from one city to another in the same region ?

Ummm also: I've never used anything other than the ingame controlls to play the SC series. I've played since the first SC.

So my other question is: How do you use the Modds and Ploppable items ? Ahhh never mind and yes I've searched it to no avail.

So anyhoo, Hello and i hope to make some friends here. =)

Hey there guys and gals.

My name is Steve, 30 years old and living in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  I work as an automotive manager for Saturn and have been doing that for about the last 11 years.  I've been interested in computers since the names PET, Tandy and Commodore64 were around and that interest hasn't waned one bit since then.  This has to be one of the most mature sites I've ever been to and the work I see displayed here is by far top notch.  Keep up the excellent Mods and BATs ladies and gents, I'm looking forward to them.
