Might you be thinking of this? It's not actually a mod, but a set of textures that need to be added in Lot Editor.

That does not exist at this time. There was some experimentation with it a while back, but it was only in the early stages and nothing has been released.

I'm looking for a mod that blocked all of the Maxis schools and hospitals from appearing in the menu. I downloaded it a year ago and cannot find it again. Any help is appreciated.

There is actually 2 uploads that let's you do this... A "normal" Maxis Intl. Aiprot and a RIMP Re-Lot version

Try going through the Japanese BAt-links both on Simtropolis and on SC4Devotion.

As for roundabout compliant Bat's, I don't know of to many besides those by Glenni.. But if you are handy with the LE; you can pick apart the Bourse de Commerces.

As for the Bourse de Commerces, I think the outer corner pieces on those are a bit wider to fit on a roundabout corner but still, thanks as I can definitely use it as a center piece for a commercial City tile

I don't see that it removes the Maxis hospitals from your menus but it removes the schools and practically everything else.
